- Notify us promptly of changes to your income, household, or eligibility
- Review all applications, plan documents, and confirmations before submission
- Understand that final eligibility and pricing are determined solely by insurance carriers and/or Healthcare.gov or your state marketplace
Failure to provide accurate information may affect your coverage, eligibility, or premium amounts.
4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing
Insurance plan availability, premiums, subsidies, and benefits are determined by:
- The federal or state marketplace
- Insurance carriers
- Regulatory changes
- Your submitted information
We cannot guarantee that you will qualify for a particular plan, subsidy, or rate.
5. Communications & Consent
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive:
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up communications
- Enrollment and renewal notices
- Educational information and relevant updates

7. Client–Agent Relationship
By using our services, you authorize The Health Insurance Savant to act as your:
- Licensed health insurance agent
- ACA marketplace assister (when applicable)
- Ongoing servicing agent for renewals, updates, and coverage support
You may remove or replace us as your agent at any time by notifying the appropriate marketplace or carrier.
8. Use of Website & Content
All materials, branding, text, images, and information on this website are the property of The Health Insurance Savant.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal remedies.
